JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Facilities will lead facilities operations in the assigned region, supervise facilities staff and ensure that buildings, grounds and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
The role involves overseeing daily facilities operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety standards, service providers, resource management and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage facilities staff.
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations within the assigned region.
Direct preventive repairs and maintenance procedures.
Ensure buildings, grounds and equipment are properly maintained.
Implement and maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor maintenance activities.
Liaise with service providers on premises maintenance and ensure quality workmanship and materials.
Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements.
Inspect workmanship and materials in line with applicable manuals and standards.
Ensure purchased services meet required quality standards and comply with procurement policies.
Coordinate planned preventive maintenance activities with relevant stakeholders.
Manage facilities resources across branches within the assigned region.
Ensure bank operations comply with established procedures, policies, regulations and property maintenance codes.
Maintain high standards of customer service within the facilities team.
Address and resolve facilities-related issues effectively.
Support smaller projects, renovations and relocations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant discipline.
A relevant Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Facilities Management or Customer Service Management.

JOB SUMMARY
The Associate, Advisory will support the origination, structuring and execution of corporate and investment banking transactions.
The role involves financial analysis and modelling, transaction structuring, client engagement, regulatory compliance, research, preparation of transaction documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, systems, processes and procedures.
Assess and document transaction risk and regulatory requirements.
Support due diligence throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Participate in client engagements and pitch presentations.
Build, review and analyse financial models.
Conduct valuations and valuation analysis.
Support financial and capital structuring of transactions.
Prepare transaction documentation including offering memorandums, engagement letters, term sheets and related materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
Understand client businesses and financial performance drivers.
Develop and monitor deal execution timetables and project timelines.
Work with internal stakeholders including Client Coverage, Product Lines, Risk and Legal teams.
Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare marketing materials, roadshow presentations, pitch books and proposals.
Communicate financial, regulatory and market information clearly to decision-makers.
Provide guidance to less experienced team members where required.

Conduct research and generate insights to support transaction origination, structuring and execution.
Manage transactions through internal approval and regulatory processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The role requires strong knowledge of financial concepts and experience interpreting financial statements, calculating financial ratios and building financial models.
Candidates should have experience preparing client-facing documents including presentation books, management presentations, board materials and memoranda.
An understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and industry codes of practice is required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5 years of relevant experience is required.
