Médecins Sans Frontières, also known as Doctors Without Borders, is an international, private, non-governmental and non-profit humanitarian organization providing medical assistance to populations affected by conflict, disasters, epidemics and exclusion from healthcare.
MSF has been working in Nigeria since February 1996, providing humanitarian and medical assistance to vulnerable populations.

JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will provide nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions, applicable medical protocols and universal hygiene standards and precautions.
The role is focused on ensuring the quality and continuity of healthcare services provided to the targeted population.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Nurse will be expected to:
- Provide appropriate nursing care and treatment to patients.
- Follow doctors’ prescriptions and established medical protocols.
- Monitor and follow up patients according to their healthcare needs.
- Apply universal hygiene standards and precautions during patient care.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality and continuity of healthcare services.
- Work in accordance with MSF policies, procedures and professional standards.
