Position: Enumerator for Beneficiary Verification
Number of Openings: 3
Location: Lamurde, Numan and Yola North LGAs, Adamawa State
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Approximately 5 days
Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach (LESGO) is recruiting qualified and motivated individuals to support a beneficiary verification exercise for vulnerable flood-affected households in Adamawa State.
The exercise is part of the intervention for the delivery of Emergency Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) to vulnerable flood-affected households in Lamurde, Numan and Yola North LGAs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify beneficiary information against registration lists.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission.
- Report challenges encountered during fieldwork to supervisors.
- Support community sensitization and mobilization activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in data collection, surveys or humanitarian programmes is preferred.
- Fluency in Bachama, Fulfulde, Hausa and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in insecure, remote and hard-to-reach environments.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Demonstrated experience in field data collection.
- Good language proficiency and ability to engage with diverse community groups.
- Commitment to humanitarian principles, neutrality and confidentiality.
STIPEND AND ALLOWANCES
Daily Allowance: N10,000
Daily Transport Allowance: N5,000
The transport allowance includes support for boat transportation to hard-to-reach riverine communities.
