OMNIPAY, growing business is recruiting target-driven and customer-focused professionals for the position of Relationship Officer, with opportunities available across selected locations in Oyo, Osun and Ondo States.
The successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding and managing FMCG distributors within assigned territories while driving customer growth, product adoption and portfolio performance.

Available Locations
Oyo State: Ibadan, including Apata, Agbaje, Bodija and Gbagi
Osun State: Ile-Ife and Ilesha
Ondo State: Akure, Owo, Akoko, Ore and Ondo Town
Compensation
Basic Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
Conveyance Allowance: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000
Performance Incentives: Available based on performance
Key Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for:
Acquiring and onboarding new FMCG distributor customers within assigned territories.
Completing and verifying customer Know Your Customer documentation.
Driving Gross Merchandise Value, product adoption and portfolio growth.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular field visits.
Monitoring customer repayments and escalating potential risks when necessary.
Gathering and sharing relevant market intelligence.
Preparing regular activity and field performance reports.
Working towards assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, lending or a related sector.
Strong sales and customer acquisition skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
A target-driven and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a field-based environment.
Applicants who understand their local markets and have strong relationships with businesses and distributors may have an advantage.
