A reputable Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is recruiting qualified candidates for Field Officer – Medical/Health Programme positions to support community-based health interventions across Abuja.

• Bwari
• Nyanya
• Kubwa
• Gwagwalada
• Karshi
• Other rural and underserved communities across the FCT
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₦275,000 monthly
👥 Vacancies: 20 positions
🕐 Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

🎓 REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have:
✅ Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Nursing, Public Health, Community Health, Health Sciences or a related medical/health field.
✅ Experience in community health outreach, health education, mobilisation, screening or NGO field programmes.
✅ Strong communication, documentation and field data collection/reporting skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, meet targets and collaborate with community leaders, healthcare workers and project teams.
✅ Previous experience with an NGO, healthcare project, donor-funded programme or community intervention is an advantage.
✅ Willingness and physical ability to work extensively in rural, hard-to-reach and underserved communities.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Support community-based medical and health interventions.
🔹 Conduct health outreach, education, mobilisation and screening activities.
🔹 Collect and document field data accurately.
🔹 Engage community leaders and healthcare workers.
🔹 Prepare field reports and support programme targets.
