Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is recruiting personnel for a third-party monitoring project on social protection programmes in Borno State.
The project is supported through SEPIN-SUSI, implemented by GIZ and co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
📍 Project Focus
The project will independently monitor:
- Expansion and updating of the Social Register
- Implementation of the graduation approach
- Shock-responsive cash transfers
- Accountability and transparency in social protection delivery
- Inclusion/exclusion of vulnerable households
- Community feedback and real-time monitoring
- Quality and compliance of programme implementation
