Dark Green Leaves Initiatives is inviting applications from passionate, qualified, and committed professionals to join its team and contribute to impactful humanitarian and development interventions in Borno State.
The organisation is seeking individuals with strong professional competence, integrity, teamwork, dedication, and a genuine passion for community-driven development and positive social change.
📌 AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will lead project planning, implementation, coordination, and oversight to ensure that activities are delivered on time, within scope, and according to required quality standards.
2. FINANCE OFFICER
The Finance Officer will manage financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting, documentation, and compliance while promoting accountability, transparency, and efficient use of organisational resources.
3. COMMUNICATION OFFICER
The Communication Officer will develop and implement communication strategies designed to improve organisational visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and effectively communicate project achievements and impact.
4. MEAL OFFICER
The MEAL Officer will design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems to track project performance, measure results, document lessons learned, and support evidence-based decision-making.
5. FIELD MONITORS
Field Monitors will support project implementation through field-level monitoring, data collection, activity verification, and timely reporting of findings and challenges to project teams.
6. COMMUNITY MOBILIZERS
Community Mobilizers will engage with communities, raise awareness, encourage participation, strengthen community relationships, and support the effective implementation of project activities.
📍 DUTY STATION
Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria
