Field Enumerator Recruitment
Nolton Africa is recruiting experienced Field Enumerators to support a third-party monitoring assignment for a Water and Sanitation Credit Program in Nigeria.
🌍 Project Overview
This assignment involves conducting community-level field research to assess water and sanitation improvements.
Fieldwork will take place across:
- Lagos State
- Ogun State
💼 Role: Field Enumerator
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct household visits in assigned communities
- Administer structured surveys using mobile data collection tools
- Perform visual inspections of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities
- Ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality data collection
- Engage respectfully with community members
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in field research or data collection
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
- Fluency in:
- English
- Pidgin
- Yoruba (strong advantage, especially for Ogun assignments)
