Field Enumerator Recruitment

Nolton Africa is recruiting experienced Field Enumerators to support a third-party monitoring assignment for a Water and Sanitation Credit Program in Nigeria.

🌍 Project Overview

This assignment involves conducting community-level field research to assess water and sanitation improvements.

Fieldwork will take place across:

  • Lagos State
  • Ogun State

💼 Role: Field Enumerator

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct household visits in assigned communities
  • Administer structured surveys using mobile data collection tools
  • Perform visual inspections of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities
  • Ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality data collection
  • Engage respectfully with community members

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience in field research or data collection
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in field conditions
  • Fluency in:
    • English
    • Pidgin
    • Yoruba (strong advantage, especially for Ogun assignments)
