MAIN PURPOSE
To support the WATSAN Manager in implementing and supervising water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) activities in line with MSF standards, improving the health and living conditions of the target population.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily WATSAN activities including water supply, sanitation, waste management, and vector control
- Ensure adherence to MSF protocols and quality standards
- Oversee maintenance and repair of technical equipment
- Manage WATSAN materials, stock, and distribution processes
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities
- Supervise construction and rehabilitation of WATSAN infrastructure
- Train and manage WATSAN staff, including hygiene promotion teams
- Ensure proper infection prevention and control (IPC) measures
- Conduct assessments and contribute to intervention strategies
- Ensure proper waste segregation, disposal, and environmental safety
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate data collection
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Technical Diploma (preferably in Water & Sanitation or related field)
Experience
- Previous experience in technical or WASH-related roles
- Experience with MSF or similar organizations is an advantage
Languages
- Fluency in mission and local languages required
Skills
- Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)

CONTRACT DETAILS
- Working Hours: 208 hours/month
- Salary: As per MSF national salary scale
