Focal Point Group, an indigenous and forward-looking organization comprising Focal Point Services Limited, Focal Point Construction Limited, and affiliated entities, is currently recruiting qualified and self-motivated candidates for multiple positions across Abuja and Kaduna.
The organization seeks to fill key roles including General Manager, Admin & Finance Head, Customer Service Head, Hospitality Head, Finance Officer, Admin Officer, Customer Service Officer, Maintenance Officer/Head Cleaner, Drivers, Security Personnel, Cleaners, Taggers, and Graduate Interns.
The General Manager role, based in Gwarimpa, Abuja, offers an annual salary between ₦4.8 million and ₦6 million. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage departments, drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain profitability. Applicants must possess relevant qualifications and a minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience.
The Admin & Finance Head position (₦3 million – ₦3.24 million annually) requires strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, HR management, and compliance, with at least 5 years post-NYSC experience.
Other roles such as Customer Service Head and Admin Officer require 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage operations effectively. The Hospitality Head role in Kaduna focuses on managing service apartments, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, with preference for experienced female candidates.
Entry-level and support roles including Graduate Interns, Cleaners, Drivers, Security Personnel, and Taggers are also available. These roles require varying levels of education and experience, ranging from SSCE to HND/BSc qualifications, alongside strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Across all positions, Focal Point Group emphasizes compliance with standard operating procedures, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the laundry or hospitality industry is considered an added advantage for many roles.
