Role Summary

The POS Deployment & Support Officer is a critical link between the organization and our network of agents. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of POS terminals—from initial deployment and agent onboarding to ongoing technical maintenance and performance monitoring. Your goal is to drive market penetration and ensure that our agents have the tools and support necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

•  Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new agents in strategic locations to increase brand visibility and transaction volume.

•  Deployment & Setup: Coordinate the physical delivery and technical setup of POS terminals at agent locations.

•  Technical Support: Provide real-time troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime for agents.

•  Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with agents, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and training.

•  Performance Tracking: Monitor transaction trends and provide periodic reports on regional performance and agent activity.

Candidate Requirements

•  Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc/BA/B.Ed) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.

•  Age: Must be 29 years of age or below at the time of application.

•  Experience: Previous experience in marketing, field sales, or technical support within the Fintech or Banking sector is an advantage.

•  Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Remuneration and Benefits

•  Monthly Salary: ₦190,000+

•  Allowances: Competitive Transport Allowance.
