To drive sales growth and market expansion by managing trade channels, strengthening distributor relationships, and executing effective trade development strategies.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Market Expansion
- Achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Drive market penetration and territory growth
- Implement effective redistribution strategies
🤝 Distributor & Channel Management
- Manage Key Distributors (KDs) for business growth
- Develop and optimize sub-distributor networks
- Build strong relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, and bakers
📊 Strategy & Performance Monitoring
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
⚙️ Operations & Execution
- Enforce SOPs for route planning
- Ensure effective use of sales automation tools
- Improve trade execution and product availability
🎓 Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
💼 Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Experience in redistribution sales is highly preferred
