Job Summary

Nepal Group is currently undergoing a strategic expansion and is on the lookout for talented professionals to manage our operations and drive growth at our retail stations. As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the fuel station, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and the achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve supervising staff, overseeing inventory management, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and maintaining high operational standards at all times.
Key Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Residency: Candidates must be current residents of Lafia, Nasarawa State, or be willing to relocate permanently.
• Education & Service: Applicants must possess a university degree or equivalent qualification and must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Professionalism: We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of the petroleum retail sector.
