Key Responsibilities
- Implement long-term clinical mentoring activities and tools in projects, following MSF protocols and standards
- Monitor MSF Academy activities within projects
- Participate in Training of Facilitators (TOF) and Training of Mentors (TOM) for healthcare trainers and learning companions
- Provide active clinical mentorship: conduct mentoring sessions and bedside coaching based on trainee needs
- Support healthcare trainers in their mentorship and facilitation roles
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to PMR and MSF Academy referent
- Assess learners using Competency Gap Assessments (CGA)
- Support planning and implementation of learning activities, including clinical skill development
- Identify challenges and solutions in collaboration with project staff and global MSF Academy HQ
- Maintain records, update activity chronograms, and ensure proper storage of confidential learning documents
- Visit OPDs regularly and collaborate with projects to implement best practices
- Represent MSF Academy in project discussions, advocate for its activities, and liaise with field operations
- Manage training supplies: orders, stock follow-up, storage, inventory, and consumption tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
