The SEO Outreach Specialist builds high-quality backlinks and manages relationships with publishers, editors, and brands to support client growth and authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify link-building opportunities
- Perform outreach and build relationships with partners
- Manage guest posting and backlink campaigns
- Collaborate with internal SEO and content teams
- Track deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Use tools like Ahrefs, Notion, Asana, and Google Analytics
- Improve processes using AI and automation
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in SEO, content, or link building
- Strong understanding of backlink quality and SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
