The organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with strong field recovery expertise, investigative abilities, and a proven capacity to recover outstanding or stolen assets efficiently. The ideal candidate will also possess basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and must be able to ride a motorcycle with a valid rider’s license.
The Recovery Officer will be responsible for conducting field visits for debt and asset recovery operations, verifying customer addresses, and carrying out physical investigations where necessary. The role involves tracking, locating, and recovering stolen or defaulted assets, while maintaining professional engagement with customers and third parties throughout the recovery process. The officer will also prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to meet recovery targets.
Additionally, the role requires strict adherence to company policies and legal guidelines, as well as continuous monitoring of assigned cases with regular status updates.
Applicants must have a minimum qualification of OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with proven experience in a similar role such as Recovery Officer or Field Officer. Experience in address verification, field investigations, and asset recovery is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦90,000 to ₦130,000, along with field allowances, performance incentives, and health and other company benefits.
