Job Summary
The Partnership Officer will identify develop and manage strategic partnerships that strengthen the organization’s reach and sustainability. The role requires a proactive and strategic professional who can convert opportunities into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Research and identify potential partners across corporate institutional and civil society sectors
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and partners
Contract Management
Support drafting and coordination of agreements MOUs and collaboration documents
Fundraising Support
Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant proposals and sponsorship development
Reporting
Prepare reports on partnership activities progress and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration International Relations Marketing Social Sciences or related field
Experience in partnership development business development or stakeholder engagement is an advantage
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Relationship management and networking ability
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
