Programme Description
The MoMo TechSpark Graduate Programme is a 12 month immersive programme designed for young graduates who want to build skills and contribute to the digital financial ecosystem
Successful candidates who complete the programme may be retained as full time employees
Programme Structure
Foundational onboarding on business culture and digital strategy
Technical training in Cloud Data AI DevOps Cybersecurity Software Engineering Networks and Infrastructure
Rotations across technical and commercial teams
Hands on real project experience
Mentorship and coaching from senior professionals
Access to certifications and learning platforms
Quarterly performance reviews and development planning
Participants will also gain experience in coding testing debugging documentation system analysis and collaboration on technology driven projects
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Cybersecurity Mathematics Physics or related fields
Must have completed NYSC or be in final stage
Experience
0 to 2 years post NYSC experience
Skills
Basic programming knowledge such as Python Java JavaScript SQL
Understanding of software development APIs debugging testing and version control
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of systems databases cloud and IT infrastructure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail adaptability and willingness to learn
Understanding of how technology supports business needs
