Available Positions
Moniepoint is hiring for the following roles:
- Administrative Officer
- Developer Advocate
- Frontend Engineer
All roles are full-time and primarily based in Lagos, Nigeria (with some flexibility depending on the role).
Administrative Officer Role
The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating logistics, overseeing office systems, and supporting project execution. Candidates should have a degree (BA/BSc/HND) or at least three years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and database systems are essential. The ideal candidate should also be proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
Developer Advocate Role
This role is ideal for experienced software engineers passionate about community building and technical communication. The Developer Advocate will create technical content, engage with developers, and support the adoption of Moniepoint’s APIs.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in software development, strong knowledge of APIs, and a proven track record of creating technical content. Public speaking experience and community engagement are added advantages.
Frontend Engineer Role
The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using frameworks like React and Angular. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web technologies.
This role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with agile methodologies.
