• Role: Mental Health Supervisor
• Location: Kebbi State, Nigeria

👉 You’ll lead and coordinate mental health & psychosocial support (MHPSS) services within MSF’s nutrition programme (ITFC/ATFC).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧠 Programme Management

• Plan & coordinate mental health activities
• Integrate psychosocial care into nutrition programs
• Ensure services meet MSF standards

👥 Team Leadership

• Supervise mental health staff
• Lead recruitment, training & performance evaluation
• Provide clinical supervision to counsellors

🤝 Coordination & Partnerships

• Work with:
  • Ministry of Health
  • NGOs & INGOs
  • Community stakeholders
• Manage referral systems

💬 Patient Support

• Provide direct psychological support
• Support caregivers of malnourished children
• Conduct individual & group counselling

📊 Monitoring & Reporting

• Track data (consultations, cases, referrals)
• Prepare reports for programme evaluation

🧩 Specialized Focus (Kebbi Project)

• Mental health support for mothers/caregivers of malnourished children
• Integration into:
  • ITFC (Inpatient Therapeutic Feeding Centre)
  • ATFC (Ambulatory Therapeutic Feeding Centre)
• Community outreach & awareness
• Pilot Play Therapy intervention for children
