Health for Africa, in collaboration with technical partners, is launching a nationwide Health Systems Survey across all 36 states and the FCT. This large-scale project aims to strengthen healthcare infrastructure, improve data systems, and enhance community health delivery.
Qualified and motivated professionals are invited to join the project’s 6-month field implementation team across Nigeria.

🧑⚕️ Available Positions
1️⃣ State Coordinators
Role: Lead state-level operations, manage logistics, oversee teams, and liaise with Ministries of Health.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Data Science, or Social Sciences
• 5–7 years’ experience in large-scale public health surveys or research
• Strong leadership and team management skills
2️⃣ Field Supervisors
Role: Supervise field teams, ensure data quality, manage logistics, and report to State Coordinators.
Requirements:
• Degree in Public Health, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in field supervision
• Proficiency in tools like ODK, CommCare, or SurveyCTO
3️⃣ Team Leads
Role: Manage mobile field units, coordinate daily activities, and verify collected data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health or social sciences
• 2+ years’ field experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
4️⃣ Interviewers
Role: Conduct interviews using electronic devices and ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
• Experience with survey tools and mobile data collection
• Fluency in local languages
5️⃣ Laboratory Technologists / Field Laboratorians
Role: Handle biological sample collection, processing, and documentation in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Experience in field/lab sample handling is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
