Sydani Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LGA Supervisor to join the TRACK-Zero Project in Sokoto State. This project is dedicated to improving immunization coverage and ensuring that no child is left behind, with a particular focus on identifying and reaching zero-dose and under-immunized children.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating state and local government area (LGA) activities, supervising ad hoc staff, and engaging community structures to improve vaccination outreach. The LGA Supervisor will support planning and execution of immunization and enumeration exercises, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of data. The role also involves facilitating stakeholder meetings, monitoring field activities, and providing insights to enhance the visibility of missing children in immunization programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate state and LGA-level activities to ensure effective implementation of TRACK-Zero initiatives.
• Supervise and provide guidance to ad hoc field staff during vaccination and enumeration exercises.
• Engage and collaborate with community structures, local leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen outreach and mobilization.
• Monitor field activities, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve program outcomes.
• Support planning and logistics for immunization campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with project protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating enumeration, vaccination, or immunization exercises.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hausa.
• Ability to work effectively in the community and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
