Programme overview
Arnergy’s LEAP is a strategic graduate trainee initiative to identify, develop and accelerate top early‑career talent into world‑class, high‑performing professionals. The 2026 intake follows a unified Sales & Solution Sales pathway, combining intensive classroom learning with hands‑on rotations across key business functions to build commercially astute, customer‑centric energy professionals capable of driving revenue and delivering solutions.
What participants will experience
– Structured classroom training on sales strategy, solution design, customer engagement and commercial skills.
– Rotational on‑the‑job placements across relevant business units to gain practical experience.
– Mentorship, performance coaching and assessments to support leadership growth.
– Exposure to commercial operations, client management and energy solutions delivery.
Key responsibilities during programme
– Learn and apply solution‑selling techniques to real customer challenges.
– Support revenue‑driving activities and commercial projects during rotations.
– Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement customer‑focused energy solutions.
– Participate in assessments, workshops and deliverables required by the programme.
Eligibility & qualification criteria
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Academic minimum: First Class or Second Class Upper Division.
– Experience: 0–3 years post‑NYSC.
– Age: 20–27 years.
– Desirable: Multilingual proficiency and strong communication skills.
– Note: Candidates must be able to commit to the full programme and complete all course requirements.
Important note
– Participation in LEAP is not an automatic pathway to permanent employment. Successful candidates who meet all course requirements and predefined success criteria may be considered for full‑time opportunities within Arnergy.
