Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Graduate Readiness Program (GRP) Cohort 5, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Academic Qualification: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) from an accredited institution in one of the following disciplines (or any other relevant field):
• Accounting
• Computer Science
• Human Resources (HR)
• Law
• Statistics/Mathematics
• Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Mechanical)
• Economics
• Business Administration
• Work Experience: Possess 0-1 year of formal work experience.
• NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program not earlier than the year 2025.
• Residency: Must be a resident of Lagos State, Nigeria.
• Attitude: Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning, a desire to excel, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset.
• Equipment: Access to a personal laptop is considered an added advantage.
