Job Overview
The Energy Law Manager will provide legal advisory and support services to NAE and its affiliated companies in Nigeria. The role involves handling legal, contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on contracts, licenses, commercial agreements, and corporate governance
- Support departments in meetings with government authorities and external stakeholders
- Participate in internal and external legal working groups
- Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and legal risk management
- Manage relationships with external legal service providers
- Liaise with Eni’s central legal department on critical issues

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable Nigerian university
- Must be registered with the Nigerian Bar Association
- Proven experience in a similar managerial legal role (in-house or private practice)
- Strong knowledge of energy law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
