Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy against purchase orders
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and accessibility
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy at all times
• Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to relevant units or customers
• Maintain warehouse security by safeguarding stock and preventing loss or damage
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
