Job Title: Store Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy against purchase orders
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and accessibility
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy at all times
- Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to relevant units or customers
- Maintain warehouse security by safeguarding stock and preventing loss or damage
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
