CashXpress Nigeria is a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech company committed to providing innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Control Officer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Role Overview 

The Quality Control Officer will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer interactions and operational processes. This role involves active monitoring, thorough investigation of quality-related issues, and the development of effective solutions to uphold CashXpress Nigeria’s commitment to excellence.

 Key Responsibilities 

•  Call Monitoring: Systematically monitor and evaluate agent calls to ensure adherence to service standards and quality protocols. 

•  Complaint Resolution: Investigate customer complaints related to quality issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. 

•  Reporting: Accurately record, compile, and prepare comprehensive reports for analysis and evaluation of quality performance. 

•  Issue Correction: Proactively investigate and implement corrective actions for customer issues and complaints pertaining to service quality. 

•  Standard Adherence: Ensure all operations align with established quality control standards and best practices. 

 Requirements 

•  Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in a related field. 

•  Experience: 2–5 years of proven work experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or a relevant role, preferably within the fintech or customer service sector. 

•  Technical Skills: 

  •  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 

  •  Proficiency in general computer skills. 

•  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

•  Attributes: 

  •  A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. 

  •  Highly responsible and trustworthy. 

  •  Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
