Overview
TeamAce Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and fast-growing diversified business group seeking to appoint a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across business units, drive performance improvement, and ensure the effective execution of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization
Set departmental key performance indicators and enforce accountability across business units
Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Provide strategic direction and support executive leadership with sound decision making
Requirements
Ten to fifteen years of experience in operations or general management
Minimum of five years in a senior leadership role such as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, or Operations Director
Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management skills
Proven experience managing cross functional teams
Demonstrated strategic thinking and sound judgment
Salary
One million naira monthly
