CALL FOR YOUTH RESEARCHERS
Network of Youth for Sustainable Initiative NGYouthSDGs is recruiting Youth Researchers to support the Youth Voice Naija Project.
The project focuses on strengthening the participation and leadership of young people in shaping and monitoring Nigeria’s National Youth Policy 2026 to 2030.
ROLE
Youth Researchers will support
One on one interviews with young people
Participant outreach and engagement
Data collection and documentation
Capturing young people’s experiences, perspectives and needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should be
18 to 35 years old
Passionate about research and youth participation
Good communicators and active listeners
Connected to young people in their communities
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for digital data collection
Available for research training and fieldwork
BENEFITS
Selected Youth Researchers will receive research training and a fieldwork stipend.
The opportunity is suitable for young researchers, community organisers, students and youth advocates interested in research, youth participation and policy processes.
