- Gumel, Jigawa State
- Maiduguri, Borno State
Monthly Salary: ₦200,000
Age Requirement: 26 years and below
JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidates will welcome customers, provide front-desk assistance, respond to basic enquiries, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience within the branch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally upon arrival.
- Provide basic information and direct customers to the appropriate banking personnel or services.
- Assist with customer enquiries and help ensure a seamless in-branch experience.
- Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
- Support other customer service activities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) is mandatory.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- Completed NYSC is compulsory.
- Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a strong customer-service orientation.
