Role Overview
The internship program offers students and young graduates the opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience in engineering and project environments. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to ongoing projects while developing key technical and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Data Analysis: Evaluating device data and usage patterns to identify trends and improve maintenance efficiency
- Field Projects: Assessing the condition of equipment and recommending strategies to optimize performance and reduce wear
- Maintenance Support: Assisting in improving maintenance processes using collected and analyzed data
- Project Support: Providing assistance to management in various operational and project-related tasks
Additional Opportunity – Technical Project Controlling (Abuja)
Interns may also gain exposure to technical controlling processes, including:
- Supporting the preparation of budget plans
- Assisting in energy management and process optimization
- Gaining hands-on experience in construction site project operations
Eligibility Criteria
The internship is suitable for candidates who:
- Are currently in at least the 5th semester of a Bachelor’s degree program or enrolled in a Master’s program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Possess a valid student status or study certificate
- Have good knowledge of English (knowledge of German is an added advantage for certain roles)
- Are interested in working within a multicultural and international team environment
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
- Have working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Are available for a minimum internship duration of three months
