Applications are now officially open for the Erasmus Mundus International Master of Science in Fire Safety Engineering (IMFSE). This prestigious, two-year full-time Master’s programme is designed to shape the next generation of experts capable of addressing global fire safety challenges in the built environment and beyond.

Operating within the Erasmus+ framework, IMFSE is a joint initiative organized by 11 world-leading partner universities. This programme offers students a unique mobility structure, allowing them to gain expertise from different institutions across Europe and the globe by changing study locations after each semester.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission and the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

•  Academic Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, including:

  •  Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

  •  Material Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or Applied Physics.

  •  Architecture, Urbanism, and Spatial Planning.

•  Final Year Students: Applicants currently in the final year of their undergraduate degree are eligible to apply, provided the degree is obtained before the IMFSE programme commences in September.

•  Language Proficiency: A valid English language certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Trinity ISE, or PTE). Certificates must generally be no more than two years old (or three and a half years for other recognized certificates).
