ITHAC is currently hiring an Entry-Level Human Resource Specialist to join its Abuja team. This role is perfect for recent graduates, NYSC members, or early-career professionals looking to build a solid foundation in HR.

Location & Work Setup

• 📌 Location: Abuja
• 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Onsite: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Remote: Tuesday, Thursday
• ⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary

• ₦90,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
  (Based on qualifications and experience)

🧭

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Respond to staff inquiries on HR policies and processes
• Assist with employee engagement and training programs
• Support performance review processes and HR reporting
• Ensure confidentiality of all HR data
• Handle general HR and administrative tasks

🎯

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Psychology
  • Industrial Relations (or related fields)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
