*Job Summary:*

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-driven Direct Sales Officers to join our team across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, opening new bank accounts, promoting financial products, and meeting monthly sales targets. This role offers a competitive fixed salary plus attractive commissions, based on the number of account openings and other sales milestones achieved. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to their chosen state of assignment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

✅ Identify, engage, and onboard new customers through field marketing, referrals, and strategic sales activities.

✅ Drive account opening campaigns and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

✅ Promote various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, mobile banking, and other financial services.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

✅ Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits.

✅ Maintain accurate sales records, report daily activities, and provide feedback on market trends.

✅ Participate in marketing drives and represent the bank at promotional events.

✅ Work closely with the branch sales manager to execute strategies for achieving sales goals.

*Requirements:*

✅ BSc or HND Graduate

✅ Must reside in the chosen state/city or be willing to relocate.

✅ Must not be more than 35 years of age.

✅ Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or banking is an added advantage.

✅ Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet set targets.

✅ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
