Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and efficient client service.
- Handle customer onboarding and account opening.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and regulatory compliance checks.
- Process account upgrades, maintenance requests, and card issuance support.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting and audits.
- Escalate and resolve customer and operational issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant field.
- At least two years of experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Previous experience in the banking sector in a customer service or client service role is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.
- Ability to resolve technical issues, coordinate with other departments, and recommend improvements.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
- Ability to stay updated on developments in client service delivery.
