Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our Lending product portfolio. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of financial products, a proven track record in product lifecycle management, and the ability to drive innovation in the lending space. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring successful execution from concept to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lending products, aligning with overall business objectives and market needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product development.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights to achieve business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and performance to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
