About the Role

We are currently seeking highly organized and results-driven Logistics Operations Supervisors to oversee our daily courier operations in various states. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a team of couriers, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring that our commitment to timely and safe delivery is upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily courier activities to ensure maximum efficiency in the pickup and delivery of packages.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a field team of couriers, assigning tasks, tracking performance, and addressing operational challenges in real-time.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a point of escalation for resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to company policies, regional logistics regulations, and safety standards.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on delivery status, team performance, and operational bottlenecks for management review.
• Route Optimization: Utilize knowledge of Nigerian road networks to assign and track deliveries, ensuring the most cost-effective and timely routes are utilized.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a courier or logistics supervisory role within the Nigerian market.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the geography and routes across Nigerian states and experience with logistics tracking software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential.
