Eligibility and Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Nationality: Must be a citizen of Nigeria.
• Academic Excellence: Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Economics, Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, Information Technology, or Finance.
• Professional Experience: Must have exactly three years of post-graduation experience (this includes the mandatory NYSC service year).
• Age Limit: Must be a maximum of 25 years old at the time of application.
• Advanced Degrees: If the applicant holds a Master’s degree, the programme must have been successfully completed by 2025.
• Core Skills: Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical capabilities.
• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
