This support covers customer acquisition, loan processing, and portfolio growth. It also focuses on maintaining strong credit quality and customer relationships.

Abia, Abuja (FCT), Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Kano, Kogi, Lagos, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage prospective customers for consumer loan products
• Educate clients on loan offerings, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms
• Support loan application processing, documentation, and verification
• Conduct basic credit assessments in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Meet assigned sales and portfolio performance targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management guidelines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year experience (NYSC completed or in progress, subject to company policy)
• Strong interest in sales, finance, and customer relationship management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of lending or financial products (added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
