Participants will actively support business development initiatives, contribute to client acquisition strategies, and manage client relationships while maintaining high service standards. They will also identify emerging market opportunities, support revenue growth efforts, and collaborate across teams on both commercial and operational projects. In addition, trainees will analyze business performance, generate insights, and present reports to support strategic decision-making. The programme also includes structured training sessions and rotational assignments to ensure well-rounded professional development.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or its equivalent. Candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme (Discharge Certificate or Exemption required). The opportunity is open to graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025, with 0–2 years of post-graduate experience (including NYSC).
Candidates who have participated in internships, leadership roles, or structured projects will have an added advantage. Flexibility is essential, as selected candidates must be willing to relocate and work across multiple locations based on business needs.
Programme Locations: Abuja, Anambra, Edo, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, and Rivers States.
Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
