Trustees will help govern and lead the charity, and guide it through an exciting next chapter as we develop our small (but mighty) staff team and our incredible volunteer team and network. Ultimately, we care less about the number of years of experience you have than the values, perspectives, and skills you can bring to our organisation. We have only two requirements:
You are aged around 18- approximately 35 when you apply.
You have a strong connection to Scotland.
We are looking to recruit several Trustee positions that fall under these categories:
Trustees who bring in specific skills: We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with skills in fundraising, human resources, finance, legal, and governance/leadership. If you have skills in one or more of these areas, please specify this in your application.
Trustees who bring in varied perspectives: We recognise that young people are a diverse group and want our Board of Trustees to be representative of Scotland’s diverse communities. We are particularly interested in applicants that would bring in varied perspectives. This might be due to your life experience, ethnic or social background, physical or neurological differences, or anything else you feel relevant.
