Minimum qualifications
– HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
– Relevant work experience appropriate to the role applied for (candidates for managerial positions are expected to demonstrate prior supervisory or leadership experience).
– Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
– Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; sector‑specific systems (e.g., HRIS, procurement platforms, logistics tracking) is an advantage.
– Candidates must be eligible to work in Nigeria and available to be based in Lagos or relocate as required.
About the roles
– PR / Corporate Communications Manager: Lead external and internal communications, brand reputation, media relations and corporate content.
– Logistics Manager: Oversee supply chain operations, freight and distribution coordination, and performance optimisation.
– Procurement Officer: Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, purchasing processes and compliance with procurement policies.
– HR Officer: Support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and policy implementation.
– HR Assistant: Provide administrative HR support including records management, onboarding and routine HR processes.
