The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is recruiting to support its humanitarian operations in Nigeria. If you have experience in logistics or administration and are passionate about humanitarian work, this role is for you.
Role Overview:
You will ensure supply requests are handled efficiently, coordinate logistics processes, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage Supply Requests (SR) using ERP systems (JDE/STM)
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Track orders from request to delivery and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all requests
• Communicate order status updates to requesters
• Ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with procedures
Requirements:
• Degree or technical qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in supply chain/logistics or administration
• Good knowledge of supply chain processes
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems is a plus)
• Fluency in English and local language
• Strong organizational and communication skills
