Salary: NGN250k-NGN300k
Requirements
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (No HNDs)
•Minimum Second Class Upper Degree
•Proven experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
•Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience
•Patience and the ability to stay calm in intense environments
•Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with different customer needs
•Attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent planning and personal organization skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
