Available Positions:
1. Dispatch Managers (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily dispatch operations
Manage delivery schedules and riders
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Handle customer and rider communication
Prepare basic reports
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer or smartphone proficiency
Previous dispatch or logistics experience is an advantage
2. Delivery Riders (8 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver items promptly
Maintain professionalism with customers
Follow delivery instructions and routes
Requirements:
Valid rider’s license
Ability to ride a motorcycle confidently
Knowledge of Kano routes is an advantage
