CIATECH Africa, in partnership with Outsource Global, invites eligible young people in Borno State to apply for a practical, employer-led Three-Month Skills Development Programme designed to prepare participants for opportunities in customer service, business processes, contact-centre operations, and other digital workplace roles.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
1. Communication and customer service skills
2. Basic computer and digital/IT skills
3. Workplace professionalism and teamwork
4. Problem-solving, time management, and interview preparation
WHO CAN APPLY?
Applicants must have at least an OND, HND, NCE, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification; functional spoken and written English; an active email address; an Android phone; and a strong interest in digital work. Applicants must be available for the full three-month programme and maintain at least 90% attendance.
Priority consideration will be given to eligible women, internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and host-community members in Borno State.
