ABOUT THE ROLE
Esty Agroscience Global Ltd is recruiting four Data Collection Officers to support field data collection activities across project locations in Kaduna State.
Successful candidates will gather accurate information, engage farmers and other stakeholders, conduct field monitoring, and ensure timely reporting to support informed decision-making and agricultural development.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess:
- B.Sc. or HND in Data Management, Statistics, Agriculture, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in field data collection, surveys, market research, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital data collection tools, smartphones, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and respondent engagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and recordkeeping.
- Strong field monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently across assigned field locations.
- Willingness to travel regularly and meet performance targets.
- High integrity, accountability, and confidentiality when handling data.
