Medipool Nigeria Limited is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its State Implementation Officer Talent Pool.

Medipool is a Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) working with state governments, healthcare facilities, and development partners to improve access to quality, affordable medicines across Nigeria.

This is an anticipatory recruitment exercise. Shortlisted candidates will join Medipool’s talent pool and be contacted first as positions become available in their respective states.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Medipool’s focal person with State Ministries of Health, Primary Health Care Boards, Drug Management Agencies, and other health institutions.
• Translate state partnership plans into practical activities, including healthcare facility onboarding and delivery tracking.
• Support the procurement, distribution, and last-mile delivery of essential medicines.
• Support Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) and primary healthcare activities.
• Identify operational challenges, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor implementation progress and submit weekly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside in the state being applied to and be willing to travel within the state.
• A degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in health programmes, government engagement, or supply chain operations in Nigeria.
• Experience engaging government stakeholders and coordinating activities through to completion.
• Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary: ₦300,000–₦350,000
• Transportation allowance.
• Data and communication allowance.
• Other benefits in line with Medipool’s policies.
