ACADEMIC PREPARATION

However, the Office of Undergraduate Admission recommends completing approximately 20 units of secondary school coursework across:

  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Science
  4. Social Science
  5. Foreign Language

Competitive applicants typically complete recommended coursework at the highest levels available within their schools.

The optional writing section is not required or recommended for either test, and the science section of the ACT is not required.

Applicants who self-report test scores and are admitted and choose to enroll will be required to submit official score reports.

SCHOOL-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

FROST SCHOOL OF MUSIC

Applicants to performance-based programmes may apply test optional, but all applicants must complete an audition.

Applicants to nonperformance-based majors in the Frost School of Music must apply with test scores.
