ABOUT THE ROLE
MyCyberClinics is looking for a Project Manager to join its team and lead project execution across its digital healthcare platform.
The role involves coordinating people, managing priorities, identifying bottlenecks, following through on commitments, and turning business priorities into measurable execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate projects across Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, and Medical Operations.
- Translate business objectives into clear project plans, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage project workflows, sprints, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure decisions are translated into action.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare clear progress reports for management.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and coordinate solutions before they affect delivery.
- Support product development through requirements gathering, testing, feedback, and implementation.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs, and reporting systems.
- Continuously improve how teams plan, communicate, collaborate, and deliver.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in project management, programme management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
- Experience working with technology or digital products.
- Understanding of Agile project management and sprint workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow through without constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, project trackers, and performance data.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
- Experience in health technology, startups, SaaS, or digital platforms is an advantage.
